Biography

Dr Davies has worked in Sport and Exercise Medicine (SEM) since 2005 when she provided medical support in Africa for an expedition with Ray Mears. In 2013 she looked after the Paralympian Richard Whitehead as he ran 40 marathons in 40 days across Britain. In London 2012, she worked as a Sports Physician at the Olympics and Paralympics. Dr Davies has a personal interest in triathlon and winter sports.

Dr Davies' core philosophy focuses on exercise being vital for health and wellbeing and is also an important therapeutic intervention for prevention and treatment in many medical conditions including chronic pain.
